AFC Wembley first team came out victorious with a 2-0 win over neighbouring South Kilburn FC.

For the second week running AFC Wembley were off to a self inflicted slow start allowing South Kilburn to orchestrate much of the possession in the first half.

Rational decisions saw AFCW minimise their time on the ball thus creating very few chances resulting in a 0 – 0 scoreline at the interval.

The beginning of the second half proved to be a difference maker as AFCW began to dominate play in stylish fashion. An absolute scorcher from Miles Casimir-West caught the South Kilburn keeper off guard as he was off his line giving AFCW the games opener.

AFCW proceeded to dominate play when late substitute Nuno Santos grabbed AFCW’s second and final goal of the game with an excellent lobbed finish.
